What are the ramification of mounting my amplifier from the rear deck hanging?
I have a 2011 Nissan Altima, and I was going to mount some brackets and have my amp hanging from the rear deck in my trunk.

It is a Pioneer GM-D9500F 4 Channel Amp
Bad idea.
The amp generates heat and needs to dissipate that heat. Heat rises. Having it mounted the way you suggest doesn't allow it to cool off.
