Marcum LX 1 ice fishing flasher?
i found a use lx1 on ebay for a good price does anybody know if it is a good sonar flasher for ice fishing. also just want to make sure it is a three color flasher
It is a great flasher for one who has a budget. I've been using one for the last two years, and have no complaints. It is a pretty basic model. However, once you learn to use it, you will find that it will increase your ice fishing success. I have no plans to upgrade any time soon. As I recall, it has three colors, and also the "split-screen" where it will show you a close-up of the bottom few feet. With it I have successfully out-fished nearly everyone I've gone out with. BTW, I got mine for about $200.00 when they first came out, just to give you an idea of cost. Hope this helps.
